We have a men's and women's team, each of which competes in the National Association of Intercollegiate Gymnastics (NAIGC), whose motto is "for the love of the sport". No experience is necessary, and any level is welcome to join. Practices are available from approximately 7:00 to 9:30 Monday-Friday and Sundays at 4:00 at the Regal Gymnastics Academy. Hey Sara,
I'm going to have to decline your duel Sara! Sunday practices are very important to us and its not worth it to forfeit that practice to possibly lose $25 dollars. We would love to get to know you guys though. How about a handstand contest for a $200 wager?? hahaha, I'm 5'7"- I cant play volleyball!! Goodluck with your club!

Dear Club contacts,
The women's club volleyball team challenges you to a duel. If we win, you pay us $25.00, but if you win, we will pay you $25.00. It is an exciting fundraiser and it will give all of us a chance to get to know each other! We would play you in a game during one of our Sunday practices, so if you are up to the challenge, email me and I will send you a time!
